Bo Talley Williams

Entrepreneur | Fitness Coach | Humanitarian | Philanthropist | Film Producer

Bo Talley-Williams is the mother of 5 children and grandmother of 2, actress, certified fitness strength & conditioning coach/ instructor, entrepreneur, film producer, foreword writer for best selling books, humanitarian, philanthropist. She is the wife of professional basketball coach Fred Williams. In addition to these many hats, Bo serves as a motivation to many people, especially after her age-defying photo continues to go viral and make national and international headlines.

 

Utilizing her new social media platforms, Talley-Williams shares life tips along with health and fitness tips, along with words of encouragement to empower a nation on her verified Social media outlets with over a half a million followers from her Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms combined. However, these numbers don't define her, her aspiration for purpose and self-love has reached millions all over the world.

Currently, she is the national advertisement and face for Strength of Natures product Gentle Treatment Relaxer for gray hair and for Pantene UK's Power of Grey Campaign. Her luxurious gray mane and face can be seen on products, in beauty stores, billboards and magazines worldwide. 

Her initiative to help young girls find their way, use their voice and have a choice, started at a very young age for Bo Talley. In 2004 she formed the 1st ever girls youth cheerleading program in Lithonia, Ga at Rock Chapel Baseball Park. Opening doors for young girls in the community to have a place to use their creative energy and a safe haven for after school activities. The program is still presently active.

In 2005, she formed her company Blaq Pearl Entertainment with a vision to manage, promote and plan some of the most exclusive events in the Southeast region. From managing professional national syndicated artist and models, her clientele consist of film directors, actors, professional athletes and recording artist. As in 2016 she received the RICE AWARD (Rising In Comminity Excellence) for Top Entertainment Company in Atlanta, Ga.

Always excited about the opportunities to give back, Bo Talley has always had the heart of paying it forward and serving her community. As a child, she was always taught that it's better to give than to receive, so in early 2007, her family decided to form a nonprofit organization called Take the Time Foundation. Take the Time Foundation’s mission is to do just that, take the time for others less fortunate. Her family's annual Christmas charity event themed "A Night of Giving and Fashion" is held in her home state of Alabama.

In 2014, She formed the 1st ever All FEMALE Celebrity Charity Basketball Game in Atlanta GA themed Balling for Lupus. Her organization Balling for Lupus Luvs Foundation's mission is to help bring more awareness to the chronic illness LUPUS. Her main focus is to address how lupus is directly affecting families, to have more people advocating for lupus by putting together more lupus social meetings and events that will bring people together for a better understanding of this deadly disease and to accomplish more FUNDraising for RESEARCH. In 2019 she received the Cinderella to CEO award for Empowering Women Through Inspiration and Transformation on behalf of her organization Balling for Lupus Luvs Foundation.

Her annual Balling for Lupus charity event is nationally received and hosted by a few of her celebrity friends that coach and play basketball for Lupus. The roster consist of current and former WNBA Players, Actresses, Reality TV Stars, Models, and top community influencers. Bo Talley-Williams motto is HEALTH is WEALTH, in 2020 she launched her fitness company called BO FITT, LLC. Her main objective is to encourage, inspire and motivate woman and men from ages 30 on up to try and incorporate health and fitness awareness into their lives. In 2014 & 2015 she was named Health and Fitness Woman of the Year by WILDE (Women In Leadership Development Empowerment). Her health is wellness mindset has captured the likes of many and she has been featured on huge fitness platform, such as Pretty Girls Sweat and Unilad and Unilad Fitness.

Bo Talley has graced the cover of magazines such as BE Magazine, has been featured in over 20 different magazines across the world and calendars. In the years 2014, 2015, 2016 she was inducted into the Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, hosted over 22,000 fans at Charlie Wilson Concert in Madison Square Garden during Super Bowl XLVIII, hosted major hair expos such as Bronner Bros Nu Expression Stage and the Irie Mega Beauty Expo in Daytona Beach Florida. Bo Talley has also been featured on several top Media outlets gobally.

Bo Talley's life experiences have made her the woman she is today. She is definitely a woman of self-determination, strength, and will power. A woman who has weathered the storm, a woman of greatness that does what it takes to get the job done in life, love, work, and happiness.
